This building was connected during Defects and Liability Period. It greatly assisted management to guide contractors to the most important and critical issues whilst managing new tenants to the buildings. Contractors could be more accurate and faster to resource issues, which pleased them. Initially 2 FM’s were responsible for the site and now just one takes care of the asset.

This building was connected 3 years after completion. The platform and software was deployed via virtual PC’s, there was no hardware required for this installation. It greatly assisted onsite management to take care of prioritise issues and to delegate to contractors the most important and critical issues whilst managing new tenants to the buildings. Contractors could be more accurate and faster to resource issues, which pleased them. A large team sits onsite to manage the extended complex and senior management are using the data and system to review the deployment of resources and how to best utilise this data to service tenants in a better and more streamlined way.
